Miss- Ages 18-25
Ms.- Ages 26-34
Charming Ms.- 35-44
Exquisite Ms.- Ages 45+
Our State Titles are unique! Rather than being Ms. Hawaii, you’ll be Ms. Aloha State. Rather than Miss New York, Miss Empire State and so on!
Our National Winners receive their National Divisional Title, a gorgeous embroidered, rhinestone trimmed satin sash, a stunning National crown, a rhinestone sash pin, a frameable certificate of achievement and more to come!

Special Awards
Miss/Ms. Amity
Open to all contestants as part of their Entry Package. One winner chosen among all age divisions. Winner chosen based on submitted written paragraph. Winner receives a frameable certificate of achievement and a printed satin ribbon sash with rhinestone sash pin.
Miss/Ms. Spirit
Open to contestants who enter at the Sapphire or Diamond Levels. One winner chosen among all age divisions. To compete for this title, State Queens must make and submit photos of live appearances they make in their Fifty States sash/sash & tiara. Winner chosen by who has made the most appearances. Winner receives frameable certificate of achievement and a printed satin ribbon sash with rhinestone sash pin.
